Non Payment Of Health Insurance? |
Dear Room,
I have done one Bajaj Allianz Star Health Package last year around May. I had cashless medical facility. I suffered from a Mastoiditis of ear and had to go for a Mastodectomy in November last year.
I requested Bajaj Allianz of the Cashless facility but they denied the service saying it can not be claimed before 2 years. Are they right or wrong?
I am feeling they are wrong as ploicy documents do not say it clearly rather say it ambiguously. If any one here has any knowledge about it. Please let me know.
