Where Can I Find Workman's Comp Insurance In Roanoke VA?

Answer: In some states Worker's Comp is issued through a residual market, meaning it's state controlled, and they will likely get ahold of you when you start and make you get a policy if you have employees. In the rest of the states you can simply call any insurance agency and ask if they write worker's comp. You can probably go to your state's department of insurance website to find out which yours is. I had an uninsured accident on 07-03-2006, I am trying to contact the victoms insurance company to begin payment arrangements to fix their car. They are an older couple and I feel really bad about the situation; but all they could tell me was that they only new their Ins. broker, "Thomas Rutherford Ins. and not the actual company that held their policy. They did tell me that it was in Roanoke, VA. I did a web search and what I found was Thomas Ruthafoord Inc.: does this sound like the correct place to contact? Please Help!! Answer: sounds likely it is correct. best to give them a call and ask if one of their clients is the one that you were involved with in the acciden.

Answer: Day's Hollow Insurance Company (DHIC) on 7331 NW Melrose Ave.

That's what I use. I'm not sure about the test but they give them. Good luck!

Birth Control Help...please.?

I'm a 15 year old that needs, some help,
my budget is low, so i need either a free clinic, or a very cheap one near Roanoke, VA,
I have insurance, but i wouldnt be able to use it because my family can't know about it.
No one can really know, i would like to keep this as secretive as it can,

is there any way, i could get the pills, and go without any family member knowing?
I was looking around, and one clinic said that birth control was baout $50 and the clinic visti was about $70
and i can't pay that!

I am the oldest sister.

Answer: Go to the nearest health department and see what they say. I know that they give condoms for free but Im not sure about birth control. But it isn't that expensive anyway. If you go to the doctor alone, just ask them to prescribe it to you and that you will pay cash. It is usually about 10 dollars.
