Does NJ Manufacturers Insurance Co. Charge You Extra To Bring Your Car To Your Out-of-state School?

I live in NJ and my car is registered under my parents' insurance. The insurance company is New Jersey Manufacturers which only operates in NJ and PA. I go to school in NH and I want to bring my car up for one semester. My mom heard that if you want to keep your car somewhere more than 100 miles away from the address that is reported to the insurance company, it'll cost $1000 extra per year. If you don't pay the extra $1000, then the insurance company won't cover you if you get in an accident at school (or wherever you're keeping your car that's 100 miles away from home). I've asked other students at my school if they pay extra but they all have insurance companies that work in many states
Answer: I have the same insurance and had my car down in VA for two years once I finally got one. I dont pay my insurance, my parents do and if I remember correctly I think it was just an additional $150. They are allowing my brother to have a car next year when he goes down to Alabama for college.

I have the best Congressman, John Campbell. He wrote an article today on just some of the taxes included in the bill (I'll provide a link so you know I'm not making this up). It includes:

Is It Legal To File A Lien Against A Condo For Items Made Defective By Contractor & Different Than Promised?

There is now a LIEN on my condo for $5500 which is $2350 more than we had to pay for the $700 to $900 skylights we were promised in a letter we got from the HOA & PM. Instead of those $700 to $900 skylights that we were promised a price of $450 each, we got $225 economy skylights and there is not a person here who would have purchased the absolute cheapest skylights on the market for our upscale condos. I purchased my condo because of the upscale skylights and tried to fight this project from the beginning. More important was that not one out of the 4 condo owners had a leak in their roof and we all loved our very upscale skylights and begged to keep them. . This project only happened
