a guardian signs full consent and insurance details etc but 17 yr old stays alone... is this possible?

Answer: very unlikely some will rent a room when your 18 but most places to rent a room from a hotel/motel you must be 21

I am about 4-5 weeks pregnant and i have no insurance, i'll be 18 in 2 months and i dont know really want to do. im not old enough to get insurance on my own i would need my gaurdian but i am independent and want to know if there is anything for me to do.

Can A Parent Or Gaurdian Legally Take Away A 16 Year Old's Vehicle In Alberta?

I am 16, and as a punishment of disobeying my parents wishes, they have taken my car keys to the vehicle under my name and registration and insurance, which i own by myself. Is this legal?

Answer: yes they can you are undersgaed and they still make all the decisions for you.

Should I Cancel My Life Insurance That I Am Playing For?

I pay about $1500/yr for a life insurance policy with Gaurdian that is for 250,000. I was told that I will be able to use the 250,000 once of retirement age if I need it. I dont know the details too well but I do know that I have been paying for 3 years now on this policy.

My employer pays for my life insurance for 3x salary. I was thinking to cancel the Gaurdian lift insurance and put the money into a Roth IRA or something. I dont know if I will be able to get the money out either.

Is it worth to keep this policy I am paying for. Anyone have expierence with this policy? Please help.

Answer: Buying insurance with the intent of retiring on it is usually a bad idea. The primary use of life insurance should always be to protect the benficiaries' interests.

With the Guardian, it is probably a whole life policy. If that's the case, dividends are not guaranteed, borrowing from the policy may have unforeseen tax consequences, you might only be able to borrow from the policy instead of taking withdrawals, loans usually reduce the amount insured, interest charges on loans and internal costs may be higher than your dividends which may result in the collapse of your policy.

Can A 14 Year Old Move Out Of State With There Uncle, And Hes Not A Gaurdian?

im just wondering because im suppose to b moving with my uncle and my mom hasnt gotten any paper work from no court or anything she just has a letter from the insurance company...and im suppose to be leaving in august or september..

Answer: not legal without appropriate paperwork in re guardianship!
