but will i have to pay like $140 even if i have insurance
Answer: Probably not. Unless your insurance is not on the list of ones accepted. BUT, you have to adhere to the limitations of your plan - you might just have a copay, but some plans only pay 50% of the charges, leaving you to pick up the other 50%. I say be prepared to pay more, but hope to pay less. That way, it avoids ugly surprises.

The new company is teaming with Piscataway-based QualCare, a managed healthcare company that sells health plans to self-insured employee groups. QualCare will contribute its network of physicians and hospitals and handle the payment of claims.
Attendees included business leaders like Denise Morrison, CEO of Campbell Soup, and insurance executives Annette Catino, of QualCare, and Joseph Berardo Jr., of MagnaCare, as well as former governors Jim McGreevey and Jim Florio.
