My 1st time offense and hopefully the last, anyone no of a good car insurance that is reasonable in prices. I've been driving for 10 yrs and no tickets did have a clean record until this happened now I feel like a felon california DUI laws are too harsh bastards thats how they make money!!

I had a dui earlier this year that caused a car accident. This was my first time ever having a car accident or even getting a ticket. About how much could my car insurance be a month?

Answer: There are far too many variables to be able to give you an accurate answer. You age, driving experience, credit, car type and the rest of your driving record all play into the final rate. I can tell you however it will be far pricier then it used to be. People experience up to a 100% increase in premium sometimes. There are many companies that won’t even be able to offer you regular insurance. I recommend shopping around a lot it’s the only way you’ll find the best possible rate with a less then perfect driving record.

i got a dui 3 years ago and need car insurance for both my girlfriend and i. i would like the insurance to be under my girlfriends name and me be covered under his... anyone have any advice on cheap car insurance with someone that has had a dui?

Answer: With all due respect, this gets asked many times every day and there's no answer to it... you can't get a quote or a best insurer from here....

So you want to shop around for insurance just like you are doing when buying a car or anything else.

Will The Insurance Company Cancel My Car Insurance After A DUI In VA?

i got a dui in VA, is offence, .08 bac, well i got convicted of yesterday.
i have to do a DWI Education classes and have a restricted licence to drive to work. my insurancce is still valid for a good 6 months. do i have to inform the insurance company, will i lose my insurance, do i need a sr22 or not. please advice..

Answer: You will be put on SR22. The cost will be outrageous. Basically your name is put in a hat and the unlucky company that draws your name has to insure you. Otherwise no insurance company would touch you.
