Do I need Ryan as an insurance policy for Brady. I can only grab Carson Palmer or Trent Edvvards later if needed, that is, if they're still there later.

Answer: First off, I dont think anyone would pay the premium of Jennings or Steve Smith for Matt Ryan. Although he had 2 great games, both Miami and Carolina got murdered in the air by both QBs they played this season...Ryan is still unproven in my eyes.
Second off, I fell someone did trade one of those WRs for Ryan, this WR would rot on your bench....He would only be a bye-week replacement.....WRs barely get hurt (i know boldin is now, but thats about it).....RBs get hurt like crazy......If you really feel the need to trade Ryan (which i dont feel you should), trade Ryan+Jackson for a better RB or trade Ryan+Bush for a better RB

I have McFadden and Jennings and I'm thinking that I could use Bush as an insurance policy. Starting RBs are Foster and Turner. Am I giving up too much for Bush?

If that is the case then I would say no, pass on this one. Here's why.
First off, even when DMC comes back, the carries are going to be split, and each week you'll simply be stuck sitting one of them. You already have two good starting RB's, and you can use Best or DMC to fill in for whomever is on bye based on their matchup. Picking up Bush limits you in your choices. If OAK has a tough matchup, you've really got no choice.
Wallace is about to be way more valuable that Driver, at least in the short term. Big Ben returns and Wallace's only #2 to Hines Ward. Aaron Rodgers questionable for
