I just don't see the attraction of ' package ' hols myself . I've been on them and been bored rigid . We go to Shropshire every year because for us nothing compares.
Mind you I don't go brown and Hubby can't get holiday insurance ! That might be a factor.....
I just think you should know about where you are from before you go elsewhere. There is so much to see...Is the weather THAT important to people ?
Answer: We like to go to France with our touring caravan. `Wonderful places and scenery, easy to get to with the ferries. Can't go at present because my husband is not too well. We live in hope. It is our greatest goal at present.
Have to agree with you though, there is many, many wonderful places in this country too.
I too can't get my white, very fair skin to tan. I have given up on that, just stay pale and interesting!!!!!!!!

Hi I am 18 and so me and my friend have decided to go on holiday together to zante. However, I have to buy my own travel insurance as the lady in the travel agents said I would be able to get it cheaper elsewhere rather than buying their travel insurance. But as I have never had to look for travel insurance before I am completely confused. I have looked on the compare sites and have had some come up for £6's however I do not know whether to trust them as I do not know whether they are legitimate. I wanted to cover cancellation, baggage, spending money and not sure what else. Could someone please help me pick a legitimate travel insurance which is fairly cheap. Thank you so much for your

I went to Singapore last year for holidays and I'm seriously thinking about living and working there. I could find a job in an insurance company. Compared to life in Europe, Singapore seems to be a paradise. Did I miss something when I visit?

as a law- abiding person like you, there shouldn't be any problem living in singapore for a couple of years.
the inconvenience you are more likely to find:
1) singapore is a small country, so you may feel suffocated... houses are small, parks are small, furnitures are small, as compared to europe...on weekends, you may get bored since there are limited places to go, except to the entertainment scene.
2) local lingo: singlish... it maybe an ear- sore to you
3) different strokes for different folks: either you find singapore to be efficient,
