Is A Convertible Indexed Life Assurance Premium Of $325pa A Good Price For Cover Of $143,000(male,smoker,30's)?

I'm thinking of taking out life insurance trough a broker here in Ireland and this is a price I've been quoted for a 10 year term (quoted in €, just converted for the purpose of this question) In the first year you also get a rebate of $240. How does it compare to quotes folks would get in the States? Thanks.
It's $325pa.....that's per annum (it means per year) : ) Didn't have enough space to write per year and you can't really write "py" but you can write "pa".Thanks anyway.
Answer: It's almost impossible to compare to a quote in the states, without using all the currency conversions, but a indexed life insurance policy is typically NOT a ten year term coverage.
If you were here in the USA, you could buy 10 year term life insurance, as a smoker, as long as you are otherwise healthy, for maybe $250 a year, for $200,000 of coverage.
