Were Does Someone From A Poor Financial Class Get Good Family Life Insurance?

The reason i ask is because the life insurance company, IEHP, says my family does not qualify 4 life insurance and medical because we (or they) get too little on life insurance and too much on medical.

Answer: Get a job with a company that offers group life insurance for employees and their families. (I know, easier said than done, but in most cases they can't deny you coverage.)

Family Heritage Life Insurance Company ?

I had this guy knock on my door and show me a cancer policy and ICU policy that covers the heart. These policies pay you money for all you treatments etc. Has anybody heard of this company and do their cancer policies a decent amount of money if something bad like cancer happens?

Answer: Hi Brand,

My best friend has a policy with Family Heritage Life Insurance Company. They have been around for a long time. They specialize in supplemental policies which pay you money when disaster strikes and you cant work. My friend Brian has a cancer and intensive care policy which covers his heart etc. Unfortunately, two years ago he got stomach cancer and he had to go through treatments for a year and a half. The cancer policy paid for his eleven trips to MD Anderson in Houston for treatments. Brian said he was paid for all his treatments, hospital stays, chemo and radiation and a bunch of other stuff like a nurse. Brian said there was enough money to cover co pays and deductibles

If I Were To Die In A Wreck Without A Seatbelt, Could My Insurance Company Deny Paying My Family Life Insuranc

a friend of mine got killed in a car wreck and his spouse is worried that she won't get payment from his life insurance because he was'nt wearing his seatbelt. They have small children and i told her that as long as he didn't commit suicide, she should get payment but i dont want to offer false assurance because i am not sure.

Answer: If the he died beyond the contestability period (2 years from the policy date in most states), this should be a matter of simply filing the claim form and sending in a death certificate.

If he died during the contestability period, she should expect the insurance company to do some investigation to see if there were any misrepresentations when he applied or if suicide was involved. This is at their discretion and some companies do not think they need to investigate all situations. Acquiring medical records would delay this more than anything else in my experience. Doctor's offices should be encouraged to release the information as quickly as reasonable under the circumstances.

I Want To Buy Life Insurance Policy For My Family. So Which Company I Should Choose?

I don't know much about life insurance. Only that I know is Term Life and Whole life. Please, suggest for buying Whole life, which company I should prefer?
I live in United States.

Answer: Stick with Term Life Insurance. Do NOT buy 'Whole Life Insurance." It's a big rip-off.

Term life insurance is pure life insurance and pure life insurance is what you want. It is meant to protect your family from sudden catastrophic financial loss in the event of your unexpected death. Term life insurance is very inexpensive compared to (rip-off) whole life insurance because, assuming that you are a young family, the chances of you, as the main bread-winner, dying over the next 20-30 years is relatively small. But should you die, your family will get a lump sum of money that will protect them from the sudden devastation of the loss of your income. [If you own a home,

Should One Consider Hiding A Smoking Habit From A Life Insurance Company?

Our family is shopping for life insurance. My husband smokes 1-2 cigarettes a day and wants to quit, thus he thinks this "light" smoking should not be mentioned to the insurance company to keep premiums low. I am, however, concerned that in the future a claim may be denied if the company finds out, so it is better to pay up and be safe. Has anybody had issues like that? How can I convince him?

Answer: Well, that's kinda dumb to not mention it, as they're going to TEST for it, and it's going to come up positive. Denying tobacco use isn't going to do anything except annoy your agent (after all, he's trying to work for you, and you're lying to him!) and get you declined.

If you're buying a very small policy, like $10,000, where they won't test, then yes, the company can deny a claim based on fraud - which is what he's doing.

Next time he complains about insurance rates, remind him that the high fraud rates (and attempts) help contribute to high rates - and HE advocates fraud.
