How mutch cost a home insurance for month?All rented houses need one ?I want a cheaper

Answer: If you are renting, then you don't need insurance for the actual house, just for your belongings. You need to get a few different quotes to compare, as it depends on things like the area you live in ( crime level), the security level on your house ( locks, alarms etc), and the value of the things you want to insure. Go on moneysupermarket or similar to compare prices.

Can I sue my home insurance company? It took them one year to change my broken bath and now all the bathroom walls and my children’s bedroom wall have been measured as %100 wet. They say they will sort it out, but for last one year my children are sleeping next to a wet wall as we have no other bedroom. They had bleeding toes many times during last one year as they had to take a shower in the cracked bath.

Answer: I guess you shouldnt have used the bath if it was cracked - as the water has obviously leaked out everywhere making the damp worse.

So - you knowingly used a faulty bath and have contributed to the damage...

They would argue you shouldnt have used it!

Do All Owners Have To Have Their Name On Home Insurance Papers?

I am just wondering if two people own a home if one of them can buy the home insurace? Will the other individuals belongings be convered even if their name is not on the insurance but they are a legal ower of the home? We're cramped for time and only one of us will be able to get the insurance done. Any help would be great!!

Answer: This isn't a loan, just call State Farm or your agent and get their insurance, both married parties don't have to sign. My husband never gets involved with anything concerning the home, finance, or cars.

Even on a home it takes one to buy, two to sell.

hi i'm from New orleans i want everybody to know that new orleans is a very strong city the has been thru so much from slavery ,hurricanes and history but for all you negative people who keep talking like the city is depending on the goverment and tax payers the he!! with you because if you said that you don't even know what new orleans is all about and i bet you still have your family and your home you was not there so you could never know ,what if your grandma 60 lost everything that she worked so hard for all her life a city where she build her reputation,home insurance company denied her she ready for retirement in a few years but it's all ripped away,tell me how the f*uck can you start over?

Answer: the city and (and should) condemn a property if it's not up to building codes. The lack of planning to make sure you had the correct amount of insurance is not the concern here.
