What Are The Duties And Responsibilities Of An Insurance Branch Manager?

Does anyone know the duties and responsibilities of a branch manger in an insurance company?
Duties and responsibilities in relation to administration, sales and finance.

Answer: I'm just an agent, but here's what comes to mind.
The Manager may have office quotas for the team and yourself.
Hire and fire people. Who trains the new hires?
You will probably be required to have all the same licenses that your employees have.
I would assume that the company takes care of equipment and the building that the office is in, but who pays utilities, payroll, advertising, ordering etc.

Who audits the files and maintains compliance of all files? Who follows up with the Continuing Education for Agents?
