My Husbands Sidekick 3 Got Ran Over By A Car. Will The Insurance Replace It For Free Or Will He Have To Pay?
Question by noone | Posted in Cell Phones & Plans
It got ran over because he was riding his motorcycle on the highway and the carrying case fell of. We know he should have had it in his pocket or somewhere it would not fall off, but it needs to be replaced now
Answer: He will have to pay. Insurance only makes the price lower, it will not pay the whole fee. To get a NEW replacement he will have to pay $110 and it will be added to his tmobile bill. He will not just have to pay it all at once. Hope this helps! :)
I Cosigned A Motorcycle Loan For My, The Account Is In Write Off Mode, Waht The Consequences Of A Write Off?
Question by kemikazi34 | Posted in Credit
I'm trying to get a loan to pay off the debt but the bank requires that I have insurance on the bike. I don't have a motorcycle license, therefore insurance companies are charging rediculus amount of money. I have decided to take the write-off. now, i know it will be on my report for the next 7-10 years. Am I free to go after those years or I'd still have to pay the bad debt?
more details. when my friend stopped making payments, i wasn't noticed until after a year. by then, the bank was threatening to write off the account. I feel like i didn't get a better deal. I was supposed to have at least been contacted earlier to get a chance to make payments. this time, they asked that I pay the
Answer: No if they dont take you to court or anything and you get past those 7 years then yes your free to go, but anytime up until that 7 years from the date of first delinquency they can change their mind and take you to court. Oh yea and after those 7 years they must delete from yor credit report.
we all no thats it's againts the law to use a mobile while driving a car. but ther are a lot of stupid people that still do. i was cut up by a woman driver in a 4by4 while she was on her's. and woman get cheaper insurance. but my question is this. is it againt the law to use a hands free kit while ridding a motorcycle? i do not know of one. but that does not mean that there is such a law.
Answer: Yes - I know folks that have their helmets Bluetooth wired and use the cell phone with this. Nolan and others have OEM helmets made this way. It works just like a regular hands free headset. I know of no law that says you can't do this, though these laws differ depending on where in the world you live...
Just be careful - talking on the cell phone distracts you from what you are doing... that can be life threatening on a bike!

I'm looking into buying my first vehicle and wanted to know some of the facts on owning and maintaining a motorcycle because it seems like one good option for me.
First what should I look for in a bike to start? I'm really looking towards a cruiser rather than a sports bike as they seem more comfortable to ride but I've heard that they can be a problem for beginners due to their weight.
Next is maintenance. Are they pretty much like cars with needing oil changes at 3,000 miles, tires inflated, etc.? And what else is needed to keep them from breaking down?
Lastly for training and insurance. I'm in Southern California, are there places to learn how to
Answer: Cruisers are actually easier to ride than standards or sportbikes, because of their low seat and low center of gravity.
In fact, I read that half or more of all buyers of new Harley Davidsons are either total newbies or coming back to motorcycling after 2 decades or more (raising a family no doubt). And I wondered why total noobs would want a bike so dauntingly bulky and heavy. Then I rented one for a day and I was just amazed at how easy it was to manage. Harleys are nice but too expensive. Japanese bikes are a better deal for the money. All the Japanese mfgrs are very good. A Honda Shadow, Yamaha Star, Kawasaki Vulcan, etc., 750cc or even 800 would not be too big for
