I Just Bought A Harley Davidson Motorcycle. I Have Been Driving It Without A Class M License.?

and have not yet registered it or purchased license plates. should a officer of the law notice the missing plate and pull me over HOW MUCH TROUBLE am i going to be in for being impatient and riding without all the requirments. I do have full coverage insurance.

Answer: Unregistered, uninspected, no license.
3 tickets, on the spot.
Bike towed - cops are not allowed to let an unregistered vehicle remain on the road, they are required to remove it (you pushing it off the shoulder does not qualify).

All together, those fines would be about $300 - here.
There's a good chance they are higher - where you are.

The Wife Crashed Her Car Into My Harley Davidson Motorcycle?

This is not acceptable by me;However, my insurance will cover the damages.

I have a 2008 Harley Davidson FXST parked in the drive way. My wife always pulls up in the drive way in front of the Harley and parks the car. She says' that her foot slipped and she hit the gas peddle instead of the brake.

My wife has no idea how I feel right now and somehow I get the feeling she did it on purpose because we have been talking about divorce and I told her she can do what ever she wants.

Could a wife get so mad that she actually would deliberately crash her car in to the husbands bike?

Answer: Dude, it's a machine. It can be replaced. Deal with it.

Next time park it where she can't run it over.

Harley Davidson Insurance -Typical Cost?

I am a 19-year old male who has been riding a motorcycle for about 3 years and took a rider safety course. I was wondering what possible insurance costs would be for a Harley 883 Sportster, probably a 98 or newer (probably nothing newer than a 2005 though). Specifically, I was wondering about American Family Insurance (but any general info would be appreciated too). I am looking to upgrade my bike (along with the size of my engine, ive been driving a 250 for a while now). I beleive american family cant even cover sport bikes for a rider like me, so i was thinking about getting another cruiser/standard style bike. i have kind of been drawn towards Harley, but if insurance is too expensive,

Answer: Too many variables such as where you live, what your driving record is like, what type of coverage you're looking for, etc. Phone and surf around for different quotes. That will be the best way to find out which company is cheapest for you.

Is It The Law To Have Motorcycle Insurance In Colorado?

I want to buy a harley davidson sportster and want to know if it would be unlawful to not have motorcycle insurance in colorado.

Answer: Even if the law does not require it, BUY IT ANYWAY FULL COVERAGE WITH UNDERINSURED/UNINSURED MOTORIST PROTECTION. Why? I had my first wreck ever in 37 years last June and they had only $25,000.00 in insurance which is $5,000.00 more than the minimum but my attorny is still fighting to cover all my bills, just 24 hours in the hospital cost $28,000.00 and they paid $8,000.00 on my Yamaha Silverado whjich I used to buy a Harley Sportster 883.as a replacement bike. My helmet is the only thing that saved my life as i flew over the car and landed face first on the hot Texas pavement. Especially on a Harley buy insurance. It does not cost that much.

What Sort Of Insurance Quote Should I Expect For A 1340cc Harley Davidson - Please Read Info?

I want to buy a 1340cc Harley Davidson dyna FXR motorcycle.
I'm a 35 year old man who has only had my motorbike license for one year. This would be my first bike to insure so I don't have any no-claims bonus.

I know you can only really guess but from your experience what would you expect my insurance quote would be like. What would the fully comp quote be like and how about just 3rd party on its own?

Also, any good insurance company recommendations would be appreciated too.

Answer: Use go compare & you will get results back in a couple of minutes, they won't be cheap though, all motor insurance has risen this year.
