Health Insurance, Is It Better To Deal Direct Or Go Through Something Like EHealthinsurance.com???

I've been driving myself mad looking for health insurance, which I REALLY need to do. I want the best and affordable deal but struggling with the question: Do I call the insurance company direct, or should I get a policy online from the MANY companies that give you a quick quote on several different carriers??? Anyone have any suggestions? My worry is that if I go through a website vs dealing direct with let's just say Blue Cross, that I will have to pay additional fees, possibly like a broker fee or something like that. Any good advice is appreciated, or even if you can recommend a company. Yes, I know the easiest thing to do would be to just call the company or broker and ask, but I refuse

Will My Car Insurance Direct Debit Payments Stop After Claiming For A Total Write Off?

My car was set fire to earlier this month and I have put in a claim on my insurance (Swiftcover.com) which is being dealt with at the moment, what I would like to know is if my payment (due out the bank tomorrow) will be taken or will the policy of been stopped since the claim? Any ideas?

Answer: You probably have a contract for the full amount to be paid in instalments, this will mean you still pay.
Ask your insurance company.

Can I Buy Car Insurance Straight From The Moneysupermarket.com Website?

I did a online quote for car insurance on the moneysupermarket.com website and I got a quote that I was happy with, so I was wondering if I can purchase the insurance straight from the moneysupermarket website or do I have to go to the insurance companies website and purchase it from their. How do I go about buying the insurance from the moneysupermarket website. I took down the reference number for the quote. How do I pay for the insurance from the moneysupermarket website, do I use a credit card or a bank account or how do they accept payment. Do I need to give the insurance company any more details other than the details that I entered into the moneysupermarket website. Is the price which

Answer: Either contact the insurance company by phone or e-mail and give them the quote number. Don't pay for anything until they assure you that the coverage is the same as quoted. And if you can, I would hold back until they mailed or faxed a hard copy of that quote stating the coverages, the length of time it is for and the cost. Then I'd pay or set up a payment schedule with them.

Quinn Direct Car Insurance? Anyone Use It? Whats It Like? Good Policy?

i'm looking to insure my nissan micra, however as im only a student and do not currently have a job i need the cheapest i can get. and comparethemarket.com came up with quinn direct as the cheapest.

i've never heard of them before so any helpful comments on what they are like etc please tell me :D as if its not good i'd rather go for a more expensive but better insurance.

I have been with Quinn for 2 years now and i think they are very good, I do not have any complaints at all. Also If you go fully comp with them, no matter how old you are, they allow you to drive any vehicle 3rd party (with owners permission), which is a result when you are under 25!!!


Quinn are a massive company!! Dont hesistate, do it, do it now!!!


EDIT: I have had an accident whilst with quinn , where the other paty wouldnt admit liability, quinn fought tooth and nail for me and in the end I won!!
If quinn didnt fight for you shanin, then you obviously were at fault............
