Are There Any Decent Account Executive Jobs Out There?

I recently lost my job with a Managing Agent for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. I have experience in Advertising, Marketing and Health Insurance as an Account Executive/Customer Service Representative. I can't seem to find any jobs out there right now. My wife also have our first child on the way due Oct 30th. My wife and I want to move to a southern state like Texas but I don't know where to start looking for a job. I wouldn't mind working for the Government. If I was to work in the private sector, I want to make sure that the position isn't in sales. Anyone have any suggestions for me.

How Much Money Makes A Senior Insurance Sales Executive?

I want to aply to this job position and its requiring a lot of academic background (MBA degree and 4 years experience as a Sales Manager) I am applying but I dont know what to fill in the "desire pay" blank space. What can I expect from this position salary wise? Is is a good sector to work for?

Answer: There are a number of factors that can go into your decision and like you whereever I had to fill in the desire pay, I found it differcult. I was always put in what I wanted or expected for salary.

What Is The Estimated % Comission For A Insurance Sales?

I am interested in applying for a job position as a Insurance Sales executive. In the ad it explains that the salary is based on a basic pay + comissions. So I am wondering how much could I expect froma comissions. Any one in Insurance sector has the experience to explain this to me?
