Planned Parenthood Help? |
Ok so here's the story:
I would like to get the birht control pill without my parents knowign about it. Im 18 and I go to college in Ames, Iowa. I would like to know what I would have to do to get the pills without using my parent's health insurance...Im not from Iowa so I dont know if the health care state program will work for me. I would really appreciate if someone that actually knows about the matter helped me with this. Thank you! :)
PS. If I go over to just ask about the matter will I get charged? 'Cause a similar public health clinic near where I live charges for answering questions you may have....because they consider that a consult...
| Answer: Planned Parenthood will not charge you if you have no income. They may ask you to make a donation though. You can always call your local Planned Parenthood and ask. |
