Renewing Unemployment Insurance?

Here's my situation; I worked at a company for a year and a half and was fired. I filed a claim for Unemployment Insurance. I got another job through a temp agency but quit due to a hostile co-worker. I recieved a determination letter stating I could not claim benefits after the date I quit since they determined I quit without good cause. Can I renew my claim for Unemployment Insurance from the company that initially fired me? P.S : I live In New York City. Thanks!

Answer: No. In the eyes of UI you walked away from a job without good cause. It may have been the best cause in the world to you, but legally you are out on the street.

Answer: In the objective: "where promotional opportunities are available" not are achievable - or just ", with opportunity for advancement" which is probably better

Under experience: just questions, not incoming questions - what other kind are there?

On your BA - the way you state it, is ambiguous as to whether you've completed it. Since you say "-present", I'm assuming you haven't, so I'd say something like "working toward BA..." or "completion expected xxxxxxx".

I wouldn't put SKILLS all in caps unless I put "certificates", experience, and education all in caps also - either way is OK but be

Does An Ambulance Charge Just Coming To The Scene?

I was recently burned at a lounge in New York City (my dress dragged over an open flamed candle and it caught on fire). The lounge called the police who called the ambulance. They checked me out in the back of the ambulance, but I refused to go to the hospital because they diagnosed it as just a first degree burn. I also don't have health insurance. Will they bill me anyway?

Driving A Car In A Driving Ban In New York And A Accidient?

Driving a Car in a Driving ban in New York , If I was to get in an accident , will my insurance company cover me or no because of the ban , Also can my place of employement fire me for not coming in based on a driving ban / Travel ban.

Any opinions would be great , links to info on this even better..
Driving ban is more or less related to a weather related issue ( Snow Storm)..
So if my area has a major storm , theres a driving ban ( public trans will be closed to) , I work 20-25 miles away , based on an employer could fire you for not being able to come in , I am more or less forced to come in , I get in a accident , my insurance company won't cover me , nor am I

Answer: Your insurance company can deny a claim based on the fact you were committing a crime at the time. There is nothing in a driving ban that says you can't walk, or take a bus, or ride a bike, or hitch hike, or roller blade, or skate board to work. So, if you are too lazy to find another way, the company is well within the law to tell you to come to work now or come in never.

Edit Dec 15
It would have been nice if your original question had specified the ban wasn't on you! If the roads are actually closed, of course you can't drive to work unless you are in an essential service, such as police, fire, ambulance, and you can't likely be fired for not going in. I have never
