I came to Europe from Asia, 4 years ago. My family financially supported me during the first academic year. In the second, i got a job and took care of my own expenses. I live with my brother
who even started charging me rent. After a while my work hours were cut so i couldnt afford rent.
I told my brother I can't. He got real mental. Financially he is sound as he is a director of a company and i know he has good bit of money for himself. But he is too controlling. Iam 24 now. I do my college, transport, work, food and everything myself. I wanted to move out but I can't because i can only work part time.

Answer: i personally think thats wrong. your struggling and he's FAMILY.! i do believe you should help around the house & what not and pay a little bit of rent or atleast work on the house for rent.! thats obviously not a true brother if he act's like that. maybe you can find a friend to stay with or maybe look on craigslist in your area and look for a roommate.?

My insurance for Maruti swift gets expired within a week. I payed some Rs13,000 an year back. Now want to renew it.so how much will i have to pay for it. i once claimed insurance for some damage in car for around Rs 6000. Can any one tell me about this?
Answer: Its very simple go to the Insurance company or insurance agent they sort-out the error. it you claim any thing in your vehicle and get from the company then the next insurance is get fully premium and if you not claim the vehicle through out the year(Policy term means 1 year) then the slab 1st year you get on renew 20% , 2nd year 25%, 3th yr. 35%, 4th year 45% and last 50 % discounts and not extend 50% onwards. if you break the cycle then comes full again.also if the Sum assured is Rs 1,00,000 lakh in last policy then it reduce 20% means now Sum assured is Rs 80,000.
okay, so i'm getting my wisdom teeth out in may...but i got a check up and was told since they have to cut my gum and part of my jaw, my dental insurance won't cover it...but medical insurance should...however, there's this $500 i have to pay first...can i send that $500 bill to my medical insurance to see how much they'll pay first? or is it a deductible?? and what's the difference?
Answer: It sounds like a annual deductible and no, you don't send it directly to your insurance. It is paid right to the medical provider. On a $500 deductible you have to pay that much first in the year before the insurance pays for anything (usually excepting maintenance visits). This does not count copays. So, if you go to the doctor and are sick and need a lab or xray done or something like that then you would have already met part or all of your deductible. If you haven't met anything all year towards it then you would pay the $500 in one shot on your wisdom teeth. I had surgery in June and my insurance has no deductible. The insurance company paid the doctor and the pathologist, but they wont pay the hospital. the insurance company says they havent gotten a bill. the hospital says they have sent it and received a denial with no explanation from the insurance company. Answer: At this point I don't think it's the insurance you need to fight. It's the Hospital. I mean if you haven't gotten what they promised to send you numerous times, you think the insurance got their claim? If the insurance denied it, it would state a reason and if not the Hospital would have called to find out the reason.
Call the hospital billing department and tell them to fax you a copy of the insurance EOB (explanation of benefits). If the insurance denied your claim there will be a claim number given by the insurance company. If they don't do it then tell them you want to talk to a manager. Once you get the denial you can call your insurance company and give them the claim
How Can Insurance Companies Not Refuse Insurance For People With Pre Existing Conditions?

Under Obama's health plan, insurance can't be refused because of a pre existing condition (at least that's what I heard). How would that work? Why would anyone get insurance before getting sick? How would that not bankrupt the companies?
Answer: Only stupid people would buy insurance before they need it. It would bankrupt companies, or more likely, drive prices through the roof.
Just like, why would you buy a lottery ticket good for the drawing, BEFORE you know what the numbers are, if you can also buy it AFTER, for those exact numbers?!?
This concept is called "adverse selection", and the politicians have been working VERY HARD to ignore it.
