I Am Worried About A Brain Tumor Help Please?

ok so i am 15 years old and i cant stop thinking about a brain tumor. i have been reading online about brain tumor symptoms and they all sound like i might have one. i was supposed to get a CT scan but i was canclled because of mmy insurance. so here are my symptoms
-headaches pretty bad ones but i usally get them at night instead of the morning but i do get them in the morning sometimes
-dizzyness. everytime i stand up i feel like im going to pass out and i just feel weird.
-depression and anxiety. i have had anxitey for a while but it has gotten much worse and i am getting panic attacks now which i never had before and i have been really depressed
