Ive just had a replacement Windscreen fitted as an insurance claim with the Norwich union. Three days later after the local Council Resurfaced a local road the Windscreen got hit by a stone thrown up by a car be driven way to fast for the newly surfaced road...the Question is How many such Windscreen Claims is you Car Insurance Company likely to Honour in any given year of fully Comprehensive Insurance. I feel a bit of a pratt Making a claim only 3 days after the first claim, but Neither of these Incidents were my fault but just accidental damage. as it is the first Claim cost me a £60 Excess payment and the next one will cost £60 just thec same...

Answer: depends on your policy sometimes 3 sometimes 5 some unlimited but then next year would be limited

Answer: I read about this morning and thought insurance scam you remember the tv show reginald Perrin dispearing into the sea only to return. And they have photo's of John Darwin and his wife together in Panama. I think the man is an idiot to think that he can fool everyone into thinking that he has amnesiac and doesn't remember where he has been for five and a half years. Dear Financial Aid:
I am requesting for more financial aid as my parents are unable to pay off the majority of the tuition. I know this is late into the semester but my parents were denied the Plus loan midway into the semester and recently denied private loans from banks. Right now it is impossible to get approved for a loan anywhere. I even got my sister to cosign but still got denied. Answer: If your parents were already paying for 2 other siblings who have went to college, then you shouldn't have chosen a school with a tuition of 35K a year and a Cost of Attendance well over 50K a year.
This is more than what it would have cost you to go to Harvard. Seriously, if you could afford Harvard, wouldn't you rather go there?
Anyway... since your parents were denied the PLUS loan, the school will be able to give you an additional Stafford loan but it sure isn't going to be as much as what you need to keep you there (you didn't say how much you were short, but I can only imagine since your private loans were denied as well). a month ago some pratt decided to go straight through a junction without looking. he went straight into the front/side of my car and didnt want to go through insurance straight from the start. i have witnesses to say that it was totally not my fault and photos of the damage on both vehicles. the only thing is the other party hasnt got insurance for the van he was driving. the van is insured through a company but not for him, the company says they leant him the van out the goodness of there heart. also the company whos van it is havent reported the crash to there insurers as they say it is nothing to do with them. am i correct in thinking that the companies van insurance have to pay out. my insurance

Call your own insurance co. They will handle it for you. However the main problem is it has been a month. This should of been done sometime ago.
The company that lent out the van is totally liable for the damage regardless of what they say. Call an attorney if you need to. Call the owners of the vans insurance co. and report this accident that should of been done in the first place. Best of luck....Last resort is to take them to small claims court and sue for rental car and all.
