Answer: Excellent point. The US Chamber of Commerce, which is a non profit organization funded by millioniares and billionaires, has recently become the biggest electioneering organization in the world. And it is 100 percent republican.
The group is spending at least $100 million in pro-corporate propaganda this election. You can thank the 'conservatives' on the Supreme Court who recently decided, in a 5-4 opinion, that corporations are 'persons' and have the right to spend unlimited amounts of money in elections. If you have turned on the TV, you are starting to see the results now.

Answer: Can I get apologies from all of those who called me crazy when I said David Axelrod was the real power behind the teleprompter? The article spells that all out very clearly.
The only complaint I have with the article is she implies that there is an exclusive or between the possiblities, that Obama either deceived the electorate or he is not the real power. Both possibilities seem true if you ask me. In other words the teleprompter pulls his strings and the words on the teleprompter distort the truth.

I am currently in need of health insurance, I just applied at Kaiser for individual health ins. but wondering if Ill be approved due to a previous c section. (I hear they are strict on that) My husband owns a small business of 4 employees, and I was thinking we should try and get a group plan thru the chamber of commerce. I was wondering if anyone had this, or has it thru their small bus, employer? WIll it cover me as I do not work for my husband, Im just the spouse? I know our local chamber here in GA uses the Blue Cross Blue Shield, which I have had before getting married. Just curious if anyone used this route and find it good? and if the spouses can get it as well? Also is it expensive fo
Answer: If you're insuring all five employees, your husband and the other four (meaning, your husband's business would have to kick in at least 50% of the premium for EVERYONE), you can get family coverage for all employees. You should probably contact a local agent, rather than trying to shop this out yourself.
The chamber of commerce is just going to refer you to a local agent - the days of a single person getting "group" rates through joining a local organization, like the chamber of commerce, are about 15 years old. It doesn't work that way any more.
Get the quote through the group, but ALSO shop it out with a local agent.
