What Is That Song In The Hartford Auto Insurance Ad?

I heard a song on that ad and it sounds familiar, but I didn't hear any lyrics from there. It was a female singing. It's like pop/rock-ish. If anyone knows it (or thinks so) thanx 4 answering. :) :)

Answer: If we're thinking of the same commercial, it sounds like "Dreams" by The Cranberries from their 1993 album "Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?"

In the tool bar click on Manage my Policy

Auto Accident, Insurance Adjuster And Pain And Suffering Compensation?

My friend got T-boned by a driver going full speed running a red light. The driver that ran the light was driving a company car. The company insurance is Hartford. The impact was pretty severe, but her injuries were luckily minor. Although she was in pain for a few weeks after the accident, she basically got some soft tissue strain on her right arm and towards her upper back and neck.

Immediately after the accident, paramedics took her to E.R. on a backboard. The E.R. did not take any x-rays but prescribed her with pain pills and gave her a tetanus shot for the superficial glass cuts. However, she had to go through the urgent care with a total of 4 visits (follow ups) and also

Hard hit accident not in question and Hartfard has admitted fault.

Paramedics will always put someone on a backboard if suspect serious injuries. ER on the other hand after examining her did not take x-rays, so as you said soft tissue strain on right arm/back/neck. They treated her and released her with pain meds which is standard also. The 4 follow up visits to urgent care I suspect was for more pain meds, since many urgent care will not write RX or just give you possibly a few day supply each time you visit for fear that someone is abusing the system

3 Auto Accidents, None My Fault?

I have had 3 auto accidents in 7 months, none my fault. All 3, the other driver got tickets. All 3 had auto insurance. Two of the accidents totalled my car, and I subrogated through my insurance company, Hartford. Should I be worried that I have a black mark against me in the insurance database? Hartford claim service has been great to work with, but just am worried if it's coming with a price adjustment. Even though Hartford will go after the other guys's insurance, I'm sure they put a price tag on the work they are doing on my behalf.
3 accidents...3 separate cars

Answer: Just curious, but how did two accidents total your car?

A claim against your car insurance is still a claim.

Look, I think it's FINE to charge different rates for different groups - if there's legitimate evidence to justify that their risk is higher.
BUT: It should apply to ALL industries.
If Men have to pay more for auto insurance because they drive less safe,
Then Women shouldn't complain about paying more for health insurance because they visit the doctor more often.

Answer: I like your point of view on this. Yes, I agree with the court ruling but it only applies to PA. The point is that insurance rates are often skewed to generate profits not fairness.
