Does The Company "West Coast Life" Test For Hepatitis C When Conducting Its Blood Test For Life Insurance?

Answer: Most companies test for elevated liver enzymes as well as specifically testing for hep c , HIV, ,etc. It's hard to find coverage once you've been exposed. Good luck.

I have a close friend who's wrestling with a difficult decision. She's suffering from a rare form of cancer, and a half-year of treatment at the local research hospital has left her worse than she began, which is statistically typical for this hospital.

There are, incidentally, two hospitals in the country that have drastically higher rates of survival for her form of cancer, largely helped by doctor specialization and, in one hospital's case, rare equipment. The problem is, one is in New York and the other is in Texas. How Can I Get A Certified Death Certificate To File Insurance Claim?

I am beneficiary of employee life ins. on recently deceased relative but need to furnish certificate w/cause of death. the company cannot tell me how to obtain this info. i'm in the west and they're on the east coast. I have called the probate lawyer w/o success.

Answer: Go online to the state in which the certificate was filed. Search for obtaining a death certificate. As in - CA +death certificates. It's very easy. I've obtained dozens of them as a genealogist.

My Girlfriend Wants To Move Out East To Be Closer To Her Family/friends And Look For Work.?

So I met my gf in her city on the east coast.. we were together three years when i got an opportunity that doubled my salary on the west coast. I told her to come with me or to break up because I do not believe in long distance relationships. She chose to transfer schools and move with me 5 months after I moved. with time we were breaking up, then became on again off again... throughout that she bought a house, I bought a house- then her job cut her hours. A few months ago we revisited our relationship and she rented out her house and moved into my house. Living together, she expressed interest in moving back east to be close to her family and be able to go to a good school there. She

Answer: She's not committed to you. If you want a commitment find someone who wants one too. If you don't want a commitment then hang in there and put up with her wishy-washy ways .

I Think My Boss Is Trying To Make Me Quit?

I've been working at this company for a year, I repeatedly requested more normal hours and the occasional weekend off, which I haven't received however, she has seen fit to give it to people who have been working here 3 months. I also requested to be moved from this location because there is zero chance to make target and therefor zero chance of getting bonuses for such. I told her about a co-worker's breech of security and she told the co-worker it was me and now I have an openly hostile working environment. I'm full time but she's cut my hours to the point of where 'm afraid I'm going to lose my health insurance which is the only reason I'm still at this shitty job, I'm the ONLY person she

Answer: How do you know that a complaint to HR would go unanswered? Have you tried? Since you have not, you can't know for sure. You might even be surprised that some people with authority in your place of employment think your boss is out of line.

It sucks to hear but you need to take charge of this situation and nobody else will do it for you. In a tactful manner, speak to your boss about your concerns. She may dislike your "success" because she is insecure. If that's the case, approach her carefully so you don't ruffle any more feathers.

Address your boss' lie to those fellow employees whom you consider "hostile." Don't take this whole thing lying
