Does Anyone Have A Real Argument Against Non-profit Health Insurance?

Universal health INSURANCE administered by a federally chartered non-profit corporation would relieve employers of paying for health INSURANCE for their employees. As many employers are dropping such coverage anyway, not to mention dropping many of their employees we're going to have to do something. We'd better cut the best deal we can to provide the greatest good for the greatest number or land up no good for anyone. Let's not hear arguments against 'socialized medicine' or 'government health CARE'. Stick with non- profit UNIVERSAL HEALTH INSURANCE.

Answer: Medicare is a universal single payer system that includes ALL Americans over 65. People chose their own doctors and the Government doesn't assume decision making. Overhead cost is 3%.

John Conyers' H.R. 676 - is a favorite of health care reformers who back a single-payer system. This plan would expand Medicare for all Americans.

The bill, which will again be H.R. 676, is one of the more elegant to be introduced in the House, clocking in at just a few pages.

The plan is simple: everyone is eligible for a version of Medicare under a new U.S. National Health Insurance Program.

The program would effectively put private insurers out of

If Non-profit Health Insurance Is Expensive, How Is The Public Option Going To Do Any Better?

SOUNDS LIKE WE BETTER START LOOKING AT THE ACTUAL COST INSTEAD OF POINTING FINGERS.

Oh that's right, I forgot Kaiser Permenante is a non-profit health insurance provider.

How come Liberals keep spewing how health insurance is all about profiting and letting people die?

What happened, you can't blow your horn when it's silenced?

Non-Profit companies don't make profit. Wake up Liberals.
iris054: You're an idiot for assuming nationalized things are cheaper then private.
Let's take school. Public schools in California pay 11,000 per student. While a private one here charges 7,000 intuition. All the socialized countries don't

Answer: I will place my faith that the senate will step up and vote this bloated whale down before we are totally bankrupted..

To Fix Health Care Could We Make Insurance Companies Non Profit?

The goal of insurance companies is to make profits not to provide the best service at the lowest price. This is the main reason why health care is so expensive. The goal of a non profit company is to serve the cause it represents. So if the government changed the entire health insurance industry to non profit we could use all the profit money to reduce cost and insure more people in a better way. The government could regulate the industry without taking it over and there would be no risk of increasing the deficit. People that own stock would exchange them for bonds and the non-profits could pay the debt off over time. In addition to this we could still cut cost further by computerizing

Have We All Forgotten That Health Insurance Began As A Non-profit Industry?

Is that really so different from the government running it? Which would you rather have?

Answer: I always why liberals never post links to their comments, other than links to liberal blogs.

Maybe because they either prefer misleading people or just repeat what they read from one of their bloggers.
